Regulations
I. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") set out the general terms and conditions for ordering from the kepi.pl Online Store (hereinafter referred to as "Store") located at www.kepi.pl.
- The Store is owned by KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski - based at 33 Strzeszyńskaj Street, Tax Identification Number: 778-10-5-90-54, e-mail address: kepi@kepi.pl.
- Prices given in the Store are expressed in Polish currency (PLN) and are gross prices. Product prices do not include delivery costs.
- Hereafter, the person intending to purchase goods from our online store is referred to as "Customer".
- The purchase of goods in the Store can be made only by adults or by legal persons or organizational units without legal personality.
- Before placing an order, the customer is obliged to read and accept these Regulations. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for using the services of the Store and takes place in the course of filling in the order form.
II. Definitions
The terms used in the regulations mean:
- KEPI: Online store located at www.kepi.pl
- Regulations: these terms and conditions, concerning the provision of services electronically within the framework of the KEPI.PL Internet Store
- Vendor: KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski - based at 33 Strzeszyńska Street, 60-479 Poznań, NIP: 778-105-90-54, REGON: 630576904. The owner of the KEPi Internet Shop sells Goods through it without the simultaneous presence of the Parties using the telecommunications network.
- Customer: an individual, private person or organizational unit making purchases in the KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski Online Store.
- Pages: Vendor and Customer.
- Merchandise: available assortment offered by the Seller for retail sale in the KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski Online Store.
- Price: expressed in the Polish currency (PLN), includes tax (gross amount). Product prices do not include delivery costs.
- Contract: contract of sale concluded remotely between the Parties within the meaning of the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights concluded through the online store KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski.
- Personal information: Customer's data of a personal nature, processed for the purpose of carrying out the Order by the Seller: name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country).
- Basket: an electronic order form made available by the Seller on the pages of the KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski online store, through which the Customer purchases the Goods.
- Order - it should be understood as a legal action (conclusion of a purchase contract) performed with the use of the Shopping Cart, during which the Customer expresses a desire to purchase selected Goods in accordance with their description and Price.
- Order Execution: actions taken by the Seller to deliver the ordered Goods to the address indicated by the Customer.
- Delivery: the type of shipping service along with the carrier (e.g., courier company) and the cost of this service.
- Delivery cost: the fee for Delivery of the Goods to the Customer determined by the time and cost of delivery in the KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski Online Store.
- Payments: the act of paying, in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, the indicated Price of the Goods and Delivery Costs.
- Proof of purchase: it should be understood as confirmation of the conclusion of the Contract between the Seller and the Customer, e.g. in the form of an invoice or confirmation of payment.
- Mailing Address: Name or name of the institution, location in the locality (in the case of a locality divided into street: street, building number, premises or apartment number; in the case of a locality not divided into streets: name of the locality, property number, postal code and locality).

III. Use of the online store and orders
- The condition for using the online store is accepting the Terms and Conditions and providing personal data marked as mandatory.
- The store reserves the right to cancel the sale transaction in case of non-availability of goods at the supplier. The money paid by the Customer will then be immediately returned to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
- KEPI.PL Internet Store may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Internet Store in special cases, such as: providing data that is not true during registration in the Internet Store, or when the data is incomplete, outdated, misleading or violates the rights of third parties. In addition, in the case of committing other behavior that may be considered by the Seller as incompatible with applicable laws, offending decency or harming the good name of the Seller.
- Orders in the Store can be placed through the Order form available on the Store's website. To order Goods, one must select the type of goods and their quantities by adding them to the Shopping Cart, and then, after checking that the selected goods and their quantities are in accordance with the Customer's will, click the "Buy and pay" button.
- Orders can be placed by sending an email to: kepi@kepi.pl The message must contain the following information: the name of the goods, product code, quantity, shipping details (name, address, phone number).
- Electronic orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed from the morning of the next business day.
- The Parties are bound by the information contained on the Store's website next to the purchased Goods at the time of placing the Order, in particular: Price, characteristics of the Goods, their features, elements included in the set, date and method of Delivery.
- When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the processing of the order truthfully. In case of providing false data, the Store has the right to withdraw from processing the order by notifying the Customer.
- Finalization of the purchase is possible when the customer indicates:
- the data needed to complete the order,
- products ordered,
- method of delivery (courier company, parcel machines),
- the method of payment (details are included in Section IV of these Regulations)
- The conclusion of the contract with the Customer occurs when the Order is placed.
- The contract is concluded in the Polish language, in accordance with Polish law and these regulations.
- When making a purchase, the customer is required to pay its value at the time of placing the order using Przelewy24 or at the time of delivery of the goods by the supplier in the case of the cash on delivery option.
- Placing an Order and its confirmation by the Customer in the manner indicated in point III.1. III.1 constitutes a legally binding Contract of Sale concluded between the Online Store and the Customer.
- In cases where the Seller is not able to send the Goods ordered by the Customer, the Seller undertakes to send replacement Goods for the same price, chosen by the Customer, or refund payment for the Goods and shipping, informing the Customer in advance by e-mail.
- The store operates in the European Union.
IV. Delivery and payment
- The customer can make payment through the Przelewy24 system.
The operator of the payment cards is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.
- Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out via courier service and Inpost parcel machines.
- The ordered Goods are delivered in accordance with the Supplier's regulations.
- The goods are shipped to the Customer by the Seller within 3 working days, calculated from the date of crediting the amount due to the Seller's bank account.
- The customer pays the full cost of delivery.
- We ship the goods to customers in Poland.
- Orders are processed and delivered on business days. The shipping price depends on the form of payment and the value of the order.
V. Complaints
- In the case of non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, the Customer is obliged to contact the Seller within 7 days of discovering the defect by notifying the Seller by sending information to the e-mail address kepi@kepi.pl.
- In the complaint, the Customer should give his name, mailing address, telephone number, the date on which the defect was found, provide a description of the Goods complained about and a clear description of their non-conformity with the Agreement.
- The store shall consider the customer's complaint within 30 days of receipt of the Goods.
- Complaints related to the purchased Goods will be considered under the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Transportation costs associated with the complaint procedure are paid by the customer.
- KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski takes steps to ensure the fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove within a reasonable period of time any irregularities reported by customers.
- Irregularities related to the functioning of the Store, the Customer may report in writing to the address: KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski- with its registered office at 33 Strzeszyńska Street, 60-479 Poznań, NIP: 778-105-90-54, or at the following e-mail address: kepi@kepi.pl.
- KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski undertakes to consider each complaint within 30 days of receipt.
VI. Withdrawal from the contract
- In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of online sale without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal to the email address kepi@kepi.pl.
- In accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, the direct costs of returning the goods for withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the Goods shall be borne by the Customer (Article 34(2)).
- Returned goods must not bear signs of use, must have the original tags.
- Only a return accompanied by an invoice will be considered.
- If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract and returns the purchased product, the seller is obliged to refund the amount due within 14 days of its receipt
- Return of the Product - movables (including movables with digital elements) within the withdrawal from the contract shall be made to the address: KEPi PPHU Jakub Kępski, UL. STRZESZYŃSKA 33, 60-479 POZNAŃ
VII. Personal information and privacy policy
- The administrator of the data is KEPI PPHU Jakub Kępski - based at 33 Strzeszyńska Street , 60-479 Poznan, NIP: 778-105-9054.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of executing a Sales Contract based on an order placed in the Store by a Customer, in connection with handling complaints and returns resulting from a Sales Contract, for the technical and statistical needs of the Store, for marketing purposes, for the purpose of sending a newsletter, including commercial information, with the prior consent of the Customer.
- Provision of personal data by the customer is voluntary, although it is necessary for the execution of the Sales Agreement.
- Each customer of the Store has the opportunity to view and update data about him.
- The owner of the Store is authorized to disclose personal data administered by him only to entities authorized under applicable law.
- The information contained in access logs may contain various data, e.g. IP address. The Store Owner uses them for technical purposes only. The Store Owner reserves the right to share the data referred to herein with entities authorized under specific laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
- The Store uses cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the Customer's computer, which contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, especially the authorization process. No personal data is processed or stored using cookies.

VIII. Final Provisions
- These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of their publication on the website of the Online Store.
- These Regulations apply to all Customers regardless of the form in which the order is placed.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the provisions of these Regulations will be published on the website of the Online Store.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law, including in particular the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014. 827) shall apply.
